Welcome to the Program

The Program is a structured phase-by-phase training system designed specifically for the female body.

Rather than a library of standalone workouts, it is a guided progression in which each session serves a purpose and every phase builds on the last. The method focuses on alignment, joint mechanics, muscle activation, and coordinated movement patterns to develop strength, control, awareness, and lasting adaption.

Over the past decade, I have refined this approach through thousands of hours of hands-on work with women. One of the most consistent patterns I observed was that many people were working hard, yet still struggling to connect to the muscles they were trying to develop, often moving through compensation patterns rather than integrated movement.

The Program was created to address those underlying patterns first.

Each phase is designed to establish a stronger foundation, improve the way the body organizes itself in movement, and create greater connection between strength, stability, and aesthetics. As movement quality improves, the body becomes stronger, more capable, and more responsive to training.

Included in your membership is access to the full ThreeForm methodology, our curated training progressions, and direct support from me throughout your experience. Members can submit form-check videos, receive individualized guidance, and reach out with questions as they move through the Program.

Every phase, session, and training series has been intentionally designed around the challenges I have seen arise repeatedly over years of coaching. The result is a comprehensive system that meets you where you are, then progressively develops the strength, coordination, and movement capacity required for long-term results.

  • Membership is $250 per month.

    The Program begins with a three-phase commitment, billed monthly. Each phase is designed to build upon the foundation established in the previous phase, which is why participation in the initial commitment period cannot be paused or canceled.

  • Phase 1 is no equipment

    Phase 2 is ankle & hand weights

    Phase 3 includes new equipment and parts of the methodology P has never shared before! Should you join, you will receive an email with links of companies from where you can order these pieces.

  • Phase 1 is an essential part of the Program for everyone.

    The model featured in this video is highly advanced, and she would be the first to tell you that the foundational work remains some of the most challenging and important training she does.

    One of the reasons we created the Program as a structured progression is that we consistently saw people arrive with previous experience with the old method, yet still struggle with the foundational elements of alignment, activation, and coordinated movement patterns.

    Month 1 is designed to establish that foundation. It teaches the body how to move more efficiently, connect to the correct muscles, and build the awareness necessary for everything that follows.

    The later phases become more effective because they are built on that foundation, not because they replace it.

  • Yes. The videos live inside the Program platform and can be completed on your own schedule.

    The difference is that the Program is not a random video library. You are given a structured training framework for each phase, so you always know where to begin, what to follow, and why each session matters.

    Every progression is intentionally designed to build on the last, helping you understand how the method supports your goals and how your body is developing through the process.

  • The Program is organized into Day 1–6 training progressions, providing a structured framework for each phase.

    Because every member's schedule, goals, and training background are unique, we work directly with you to tailor that framework to your individual needs and ensure you are progressing through the method in the most effective way possible.

  • In many cases, yes. We work closely with pregnant members to help them navigate the method safely and confidently as their bodies change throughout pregnancy.

    Because every pregnancy is unique, we provide individualized guidance and movement modifications when needed, ensuring the Program can be adapted to support your specific stage, experience, and needs.
