The methodology
ThreeForm is the proprietary workout system that sculpts the supermodel body. Created by Stephen Pasterino after years training supermodels and studying the movement patterns that create their iconic physiques, this isn't generic fitness, it's a method specifically engineered for the female form.
While other workouts were designed decades ago for male bodies, ThreeForm was built from the ground up to activate your feminine architecture. Using precise movements across all three planes of motion, we target the exact features that create the supermodel silhouette: high, rounded glutes with seamless flow into the hamstrings, natural thigh gaps, sharp quad definition, a flat connected core, and elegant lines that make you look taller and leaner.
The method works by first opening your body—unlocking tight hips and restoring natural pelvic movement, then strategically activating dormant muscle patterns through multi-dimensional exercises that spiral, lift, and sculpt. Rather than forcing change through repetitive, linear movements, ThreeForm uses intelligent resistance and precision-based sequences that teach your muscles to work together as a complete system.
